Helpdesk Technician

The Helpdesk Technician will provide in-person, phone and remote support to the users, PC’s, peripherals and software applications throughout the organization. Familiarity with multiple operating systems, Microsoft office applications and Active Directory beneficial. Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred. Minimum one year of I/T experience or a related field desired. Abilities to communicate effectively, problem-solve and follow through on tasks to completion are essential. Must be able to occasionally travel to outlying clinics for onsite projects. Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend or evening hours for special projects.

Receptionist (Warsaw, Full-time)

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based at our Warsaw. office. Prior experience with patient registration or in a medical office desired. Full-time, 7:30am-4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in Warsaw, Wednesday in Fort Wayne at the W. Jefferson Blvd. location plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 7th week).

Clinical Assistant (OrthoStat Walk-in Clinic) (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA or ATC)

Join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our walk-in clinic. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Fort Wayne, but may cover at other locations as needed. Clinical certification/licensure desired; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, three days per week 7am to 7p/clinic close. Will rotate to cover Saturday hours at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.

Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Fort Wayne and may cover at other clinic locations as needed. Clinical certification/licensure desired; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Full-time, Monday thru Friday.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat Walk-In Clinic)

Our thriving OrthoStat clinic is ready to welcome another Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care walk-in team. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 6th week). No call required. Position is based in Fort Wayne; will assist in covering other Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital. Must be currently licensed (or license-eligible) as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.
